Product Details
The assembly combines an HGH profile rail with a square recirculating ball carriage. The source page specifies a typical chrome-plated layer thickness of 0.01 mm, applied to improve the rail's resistance to surface rust and wear.
Available catalogue sizes run from HGH15 through HGH65. CA denotes the standard-length carriage shown in the range, while HA is the longer version offered for sizes HGH20 and above. Rail length, mounting-hole arrangement, block quantity and carriage version should be stated when ordering.
Chrome plating does not remove the need for lubrication. The running surfaces should be kept clean, and damage to the plated layer may reduce its protective effect.
Product Description
This version is intended for linear-motion installations where a standard HGH square-block arrangement is required but the rail needs additional surface protection. Typical considerations include equipment exposed to condensation, humid workshops or frequent manual handling.
For an accurate replacement or new assembly, specify the rail size, total length, mounting-hole pitch, end-hole distances, CA or HA block type and the required number of carriages. Chrome plating should also be listed separately on the drawing or purchase order because it is an optional surface treatment rather than a different guideway geometry.

FAQ
Is this product an HGR or HGH series guideway?
The product photographs are marked HGH20CA, HGH25CA and HGH45CA, while the dimensional sheet is also labelled HGH Series. It should therefore be published as an HGH guideway.
Does chrome plating eliminate regular lubrication?
No. The coating improves surface protection, but the carriage and rail raceways still require suitable lubrication and routine cleaning.
Are CA and HA blocks identical?
No. Both belong to the same HGH rail family, but the HA carriage is longer and has different load ratings. The required suffix must be specified when ordering.
Can the rail be supplied to a drawing?
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
