Our Factory

Lishui Guangyuan Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. handles product development, production, sales and after-sales support within the same company. This means the products you receive have gone through design, manufacturing and quality inspection by the same team, rather than being assembled from parts sourced through several outside suppliers. Our main product lines include ball screws, linear guides, sliders, linear modules, linear shafts and a broader range of high-precision linear motion components. A number of our products are covered by national patents, and our manufacturing processes have been evaluated against several international testing and certification standards.

The factory is located in Lishui, Zhejiang, China, occupying a production area of over 26,000 square meters. The company currently employs more than 200 people, with a technical core of over 50 senior engineers and technicians, several of whom bring more than a decade of experience in precision machining. Quality control is built into every stage of production rather than treated as a final checkpoint. Raw materials are inspected upon arrival, and parts continue to be checked as they move through machining, so deviations are identified while they can still be corrected. By the time a product reaches final inspection and packaging, it has already passed through several rounds of dimensional and performance verification. Our QC lab uses equipment such as metallographic microscopes and contour measuring instruments to check surface hardness, material structure and dimensional accuracy at a micron level.

Our components are used in medical machinery, printing machinery, chemical machinery, woodworking machinery, machine tools, robotics and other automated equipment, applications where a component failure can shut down an entire line. Meeting those requirements over the years is part of why our production standards and service level have stayed near the top of the industry. Buyers in more than 30 countries currently order from us, and a meaningful portion of our business comes from clients who have been ordering for several years.

Our approach to running the business has stayed fairly consistent: build products that hold up, and support customers well enough that they keep coming back.

Our Product

We manufacture a full range of linear motion components, including ball screws, linear guides, linear stages, single-axis robots, linear shafts, and linear motion ball slide units. Each product line is available in multiple sizes and precision grades, and we support both standard specifications and custom/OEM configurations to match your exact application requirements - including custom lengths, end-machining, preload classes, and surface treatments.

Product Application

Our components are built into automated machinery across CNC equipment, aerospace, agricultural machinery, food processing equipment, automotive manufacturing, medical devices, mining and construction equipment, industrial motors, motorcycles, and gearboxes. Because these industries often require tight tolerances and long service life under continuous load, our products are engineered and tested to meet those exact performance demands - not just general-purpose specifications.

Production Market

Our products are currently exported to buyers across North America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, Oceania, Western Europe, South America, and Africa. We work with a mix of distributors, machine builders, and end-users, and we're able to provide export documentation, compliance certificates, and shipping support tailored to your country's import requirements.

Our Service

Pre-sales: Most inquiries get a reply within a day from our foreign trade sales team. Need technical drawings or a sample before you decide? Just ask - we'll sort that out. Once we know more about the machine or application it's going into, we can also point you toward the configuration that actually fits.

During production and shipping: After an order's confirmed, we don't just go quiet until it ships. You'll get updates as production moves along, and when inspection results come back, we pass those on too. Same with shipping - we'd rather tell you where things stand than have you chase us for an update. That's more or less how things have worked here since the company got started.

After-sales: If a quality issue comes up after delivery, customers can contact us directly and we will look into it and work out a resolution, whether that means a replacement or further technical support. Support doesn't stop once a product ships out.
