The rail-and-block assembly is built from a hardened steel rail, a recirculating carriage block, rolling elements, a ball retainer, and end seals. Blocks come in flanged and square (non-flanged) form, and in seal type, standard type, double-bearing type, or short-block variants - so the same series covers a compact low-profile build as well as a longer-block, higher-load version.

 

Product Description
Machined from Gcr15 bearing steel, with stainless steel and chrome steel options on request, this rail carries radial and reverse loads under heavy cutting or high-speed repetitive motion. Rail length is cut to order rather than fixed to stock sizes. Precision is available across five grades - P0, P6, P5, P4, P2 (equivalent to ABEC1 through ABEC9) - with four clearance classes (C0–C4) and selectable vibration/noise levels (Z1–Z3, V1–V3), so the tolerance and running noise can be matched to the job rather than defaulting to the highest grade for every order. Keep the rail away from dust and debris where possible, and keep operating temperature under 80°C - the plastic end caps on the slider are the first part to fail if that limit is exceeded.

 

We manufacture these in-house and also build to customer drawings or samples under OEM/ODM. One sample is enough to place a trial order, with no minimum order quantity. Standard lead time is 3–7 days for samples and 15–20 days for bulk orders, depending on quantity and current production load.
