The support is a sealed assembly - housing, angular contact bearing, gland, and oil seal are fitted together by hand during assembly and aren't meant to be taken apart afterward. That's a deliberate tradeoff: keeping it sealed protects the bearing's preload and rotational accuracy, at the cost of field serviceability, which is standard for this type of end-support unit.

 

Product Description
Surface treatment options include blackening (a ferro-ferric-oxide protective film, the most common and most economical of the three, salt-spray tested for rust resistance), electroless nickel plating, and low-temperature black chromium plating - pick based on the corrosion environment and budget rather than defaulting to the priciest coating. The housing comes in two shapes: an angle-mount bracket and a round flange, covering both side-mounted and end-mounted screw installations. Sizes run BF-10 through BF-40 for the angle-bracket version and BK-10 through BK-40 for the round-flange version, scaled to match small and mid-size ball screw shaft diameters.

 

We build to customer drawings or samples under OEM/ODM. Lead time is 3–7 days for samples and 15–20 days for bulk orders, depending on quantity and shop schedule.
