Beyond standard turning and grinding, we handle threading, coaxial hole drilling and tapping, radial hole drilling and tapping, and reduced-diameter step sections - the kind of custom machining that turns a generic rod into a drop-in replacement for your existing shaft.

 

Product Description
Diameters run from 3mm through 150mm across twenty standard sizes, machined by CNC turning, milling, grinding, wire cutting, and EDM as the tolerance requires. Surface finish options include anodizing, polishing, zinc/nickel/chrome/gold plating, sandblasting, and phosphate coating, with color choices spanning silver, black, blue, red, gold, and olive for applications where the shaft is visible or needs to match equipment branding. These shafts show up in 3D printers, stepper-motor assemblies, printing and paper-processing machinery, textile equipment, material-handling and transport machinery, and - at the demanding end - aircraft flap actuators and nuclear reactor actuator systems.

 

We build to customer drawings or samples under OEM/ODM. Lead time is 3–7 days for samples and 15–20 days for bulk orders, depending on quantity and shop schedule.
