TBR Supported Round Rail System
The TBR system carries a hardened round shaft on a continuous aluminum base. Its wider rail profile and matching TBR carriage form a complete supported-shaft guide for linear travel.

Product Details
Four rail sizes are shown in the supplied catalog: TBR16, TBR20, TBR25 and TBR30. Each number corresponds to the nominal diameter of the round shaft mounted above the support extrusion.
The shaft is supported along its travel instead of being held only at the ends. This arrangement reduces bending over longer spans and provides a fixed surface for bolting the rail to the machine frame.
Matching carriages are available in standard UU and extended LUU lengths. Both versions use an open linear bearing because the underside of the shaft is connected continuously to the support rail.

TBR is not another name for the SBR system. TBR uses a different base profile, carriage shape and dimensional range. The retained TBR drawing lists shaft diameters from 16 to 30 mm and a maximum rail length of 4000 mm.
The standard carriage is the shorter option for installations with limited plate space. LUU models use a longer housing and provide higher catalog load ratings, but they are also heavier and require more travel clearance near the ends of the rail.
Rail alignment should be established from the mounting surface rather than by pulling the carriage into position with its bolts. When two rails are installed in parallel, tightening an incorrectly spaced second rail can produce binding even if each carriage moves freely by itself.

FAQ
How is TBR different from the SBR rail already listed?
TBR has its own support extrusion, carriage shape and dimensions. The TBR catalog covers 16 to 30 mm shafts with lengths up to 4000 mm.
What is the difference between UU and LUU carriages?
UU is the standard-length carriage. LUU has a longer body and different load and weight data.
Can a closed linear bearing be used on this rail?
No. The support runs beneath the shaft, so the carriage requires an open bearing profile.
Does the rail include a carriage?
Rail-only and rail-with-carriage configurations should be distinguished in the quotation. The required quantity and carriage length must be stated.
Can the rail length be made according to a drawing?
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
