Available in carbon steel or bearing steel depending on load and budget, with the block sized to match the shaft diameter it's paired with. The mounting hole pattern is tapped to fit our support rails directly, so it drops into a two-piece support-rail-and-shaft setup without adapter plates - useful if you're replacing a worn bearing block in an existing system rather than building from scratch.

 

Product Description
Five sizes cover most linear motion needs: SBR16LUU, SBR20LUU, SBR25LUU, SBR30LUU, and SBR40LUU, scaling from light-duty automation up to heavier load platforms. Because the balls recirculate rather than running to the end of a fixed track, the block isn't limited by shaft length the way a plain bushing is - it can run back and forth along the shaft indefinitely without needing to be re-seated.

 

We build to customer drawings or samples under OEM/ODM. Lead time is 3–7 days for samples and 15–20 days for bulk orders, depending on quantity and shop schedule.
