The mechanical drawing identifies a Φ16 C7 ball screw, two MGR15 rails and four MGN15 blocks. The published repeat positioning figure is ±0.02 mm.

 

Four screw leads are listed. The 5 mm version reaches 250 mm/s and carries up to 40 kg horizontally or 30 kg vertically. At 10 mm lead, the figures change to 500 mm/s, 35 kg and 25 kg. The 16 mm version is listed at 800 mm/s with limits of 30 kg and 20 kg. A 20 mm lead raises the speed to 1000 mm/s while reducing the limits to 25 kg and 15 kg.

 

These speed and load values belong to their respective leads and should not be combined across versions.

 

Product Description

The MGNS100F sheet does not describe a belt actuator. Movement is produced by the C7 ball screw, while the paired rails support and guide the moving plate.

 

Standard effective travel begins at 100 mm and increases in 50 mm steps to 800 mm. Overall length depends on the motor arrangement. For an inline motor, dimension A equals the selected stroke plus 250 or 255 mm. With the motor folded beside or below the profile, dimension A equals the stroke plus 240 mm.

 

Stepper interfaces are shown for 57 and 86 frame motors. Servo choices are listed at 100 W, 200 W and 400 W. The drawing also shows left-side, right-side and lower folded motor positions.

 

Absolute positioning accuracy, backlash, duty cycle, protection rating and operating temperature are not stated in the supplied specification and should not be claimed on this page.

 

 

FAQ

Can the 40 kg load and 1000 mm/s speed be selected together

No. The 40 kg horizontal rating belongs to the 5 mm lead at 250 mm/s. The 20 mm lead reaches 1000 mm/s and carries up to 25 kg horizontally.

Does C7 describe the complete positioning accuracy

C7 is the accuracy class of the ball screw. The only complete-axis positioning figure shown on this sheet is ±0.02 mm repeat positioning.

How much installation length is needed

Add 250 or 255 mm to the stroke for the inline arrangements. Add 240 mm when using the folded motor layout.
