Product Details

The SI structure consists of a threaded body and an integrated spherical bearing. The spherical element allows the connected parts to pivot around the joint center instead of requiring perfect alignment between two fixed axes.

 

The female-thread configuration places the internal thread inside the shank. During assembly, the mating threaded rod enters the body and changes the installed length of the linkage. This makes SI rod ends suitable for mechanisms where connection length needs to be adjusted during installation.

 

Different SI versions may vary by bore size, thread specification, sealing arrangement and bearing material. The complete model designation should be confirmed before replacement because similar-looking rod ends may not share the same installation dimensions.
