The POS series combines a spherical plain bearing with a male-threaded rod-end housing. Available sizes include POS5, POS6, POS8, POS10, POS12, POS14, POS16, POS18, POS20, POS22, POS25, POS28, and POS30.
The rod body has a zinc-plated surface, while the page identifies chrome steel as the bearing material. Depending on the selected size, lubrication is provided through a lubrication hole or grease nipple. Right-hand and left-hand thread versions are available.
Product Description
The spherical sliding joint permits oscillating movement and limited angular misalignment between connected components. POS rod ends are used in control rods, cylinders, automation equipment, construction machinery, and other articulated mechanical assemblies.
These bearings are intended mainly for radial loading and low-speed oscillation. Permitted axial load, articulation angle, lubrication interval, and operating temperature depend on the exact model and working conditions.
