SBRS140K Open Frame Feed Stage
The GY-SBRS140K is a 140 mm series linear stage with an exposed ball screw, two round guide shafts and a wide drilled carriage. Its open construction keeps the transmission components accessible for inspection and machine assembly.
Description
Three Connection Areas
The first connection is between the moving table and the customer's fixture. Its upper surface contains several groups of holes instead of one simple four-hole pattern. The final drawing should be used to identify which holes are threaded, their depth and the distance between them.
The second connection is between the stage base and the machine. The complete base must sit on a surface that does not twist the two guide shafts out of their original relationship. Base fixing positions and access for the mounting tools should be considered before surrounding equipment is installed.
The third connection is at the drive end. Photographs show a coupling inside an external motor bracket, but they do not establish one universal motor flange. The selected motor drawing must provide its pilot diameter, bolt positions, shaft diameter and shaft projection.
Travel Configuration
Published stroke choices begin at 100 mm and extend to 1800 mm. The required stroke should be stated together with the desired screw lead and operating speed. A screw selected for short, slow positioning should not automatically be used for a much longer, faster axis.
The wide carriage travels between two end structures. Tooling attached above it must remain clear of the motor end, rear support and nearby machine parts at both travel limits. Cable movement also needs to be calculated from the fixture position rather than from stage stroke alone.
Stepper and servo motors can both be considered. Selection depends on the moving mass, screw lead, acceleration and duty cycle. The photographs confirm the mechanical motor interface, but not that a motor or controller forms part of the standard supply.

FAQ
Are all holes on the table the same size?
No such information is confirmed on the page. Use the applicable dimension drawing before preparing the customer fixture.
Can an existing motor be fitted to the stage?
Possibly, but the motor pilot, bolt spacing, shaft size and shaft length must match the bracket and coupling.
Does the longest stroke provide the same operating speed as the shortest version?
It should not be assumed. Required speed and stroke must be reviewed together because the screw configuration changes the operating limits.
What information is needed for the moving fixture?
Provide its mounting-hole drawing, total mass, centre of gravity and any part that extends beyond the table edges.
Are the motor and controller included?
Only when they are listed in the quotation. The stage photographs alone do not define the supplied electrical components.
Can the table and motor interface follow a customer drawing?
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
About Us
Lishui Guangyuan Industry & Trade Co Ltd prepares linear tables for equipment manufacturers using the customer's travel, fixture and motor-interface data. Mechanical configuration is confirmed before production from the approved drawing.
