SBRS140K Ball Screw Linear Stage
The SBRS140K is a 140 mm wide single-axis stage built around a ball screw and supported round-shaft guides. Stroke can be selected from 100 mm to 1800 mm.

Product Details
A motor turns the ball screw, moving the centre carriage along two supported shafts. The guide arrangement keeps the carriage level and gives the stage a wider working platform than compact enclosed modules.
The base is aluminium, while the guide and transmission parts use bearing steel. Stepper and servo motors can be fitted, but the motor, coupling and controller must be confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed to be included.
Product Description
SBRS140K stages are used for material feeding, positioning tables, cutting equipment and single-axis automation. Several units can also be mounted together when an XY or XYZ arrangement is required.
Stroke, motor interface, screw lead, mounting direction and working load should be specified before production. Vertical installation needs separate load and brake checks because the carriage may move when motor power is removed.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
