Each axis uses a motor-driven ball screw to move its carriage along a linear guide. The bearing-steel guide components support the moving load, while the aluminum base provides the structural mounting surface.

 

For XY operation, two modules are installed at right angles. One axis carries the second, so the lower axis must be selected for the combined mass of the upper module, tooling, and workpiece.

The HGWS60K can be incorporated into handling equipment, inspection systems, semiconductor machinery, medical equipment, solar-production machinery, machine tools, and other automated installations.

 

The original page calls the product an XY actuator but lists only one HGWS60K model and one stroke range. It does not confirm that every order includes two complete axes. The quotation must therefore identify whether the requirement is for one HGWS60K module or an assembled XY system.

 

For a complete XY assembly, provide the X-axis stroke, Y-axis stroke, payload, speed, motor type, mounting orientation, cable direction, and required positioning performance. Both axes should be specified separately rather than treated as identical by default.
