HGWS60K Exposed Screw Linear Table
HGWS60K is an open linear table with its ball screw positioned above the guide base. The exposed arrangement provides direct access to the screw, nut connection and motor coupling.

Product Details
The moving table is attached to the ball nut and supported from below by the linear guide. The guide carries the table load while the rotating screw controls its travel along the base.
A separate bracket holds the motor beyond the fixed end. The open space around the coupling allows its fastening screws to be reached without removing the carriage or guide assembly.
Working strokes from 100 mm to 1200 mm are listed for this model. The motor bracket, end supports and carriage length remain outside the usable stroke, so the complete installation is longer than the ordered travel.
Product Description
The open screw can be cleaned, lubricated and inspected without dismantling a protective cover. It also remains exposed to dust, chips and dropped parts. A bellows or external machine guard should be added when HGWS60K operates near cutting or grinding work.
Mount the payload on the threaded holes in the carriage top. Keeping its center close to the table reduces the overturning force applied to the guide during acceleration.
Motor choice is separate from stroke choice. Provide the moving weight, target speed, operating direction and motor flange before the drive configuration is prepared.

FAQ
Is the ball screw covered by the stage body?
No. The screw and nut connection remain visible and accessible.
Does a 600 mm stroke mean the complete unit is 600 mm long?
No. The body also includes the carriage, end supports, motor bracket and coupling space.
Can this stage work around metal chips?
It requires an added guard or bellows when debris can reach the exposed screw and guide.
Is the motor included as standard?
The motor and electrical configuration must be stated in the order. Stepper and servo options are available.
Can the stroke and motor interface follow a project drawing?
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
