Product Details

Motor rotation is transferred to the ball screw, which moves the carriage along the guide. The screw determines the commanded travel, while the guide supports the carriage and keeps it moving in a straight path.

 

The module uses an aluminum base with bearing-steel guide components. Its working length and motor arrangement can be selected to suit the installation.

 

Product Description

The EGHS120F can position dispensing heads, inspection cameras, gripping devices, cutting tools, welding fixtures, or assembly components. The same module may also be used for PCB inspection, component transfer, screw-locking equipment, and other repetitive handling processes.

 

The original page claims "super micron" accuracy and performance more than five times higher than a belt module, but it provides no test method or numerical specification to support those statements. Those claims have been removed. Actual positioning accuracy must be confirmed from the selected screw lead, motor, control system, stroke, and load.
