Product Description

The SBR10 supported guide rail combines a 10 mm round linear shaft with a continuous support underneath the shaft. Compared with an unsupported round shaft, this structure reduces deflection and provides more stable guidance when the rail is mounted to a machine frame or equipment base.

 

This version has a rail length of 100 mm and is intended for use with a compatible SBR10 linear bearing block. The open bearing structure of the matching block allows it to travel along the supported shaft while maintaining clearance around the lower support.

 

The system is suitable for compact linear motion assemblies used in CNC equipment, printers, automatic cutting machines, packaging machinery, inspection devices, and other automation equipment.
