Product Description

This flexible jaw coupling uses two oxidized aluminum alloy hubs and an intermediate elastomer to transmit torque between a motor shaft and a ball screw or other driven shaft.

 

The elastomer cushions vibration and impact while compensating for limited radial, angular, and axial misalignment. Its aluminum construction reduces rotating mass, making the coupling suitable for compact motion-control systems.

 

Bore diameters, outside dimensions, fastening method, operating torque, rotational speed, and shaft alignment should be confirmed before ordering. The coupling should not be used to compensate for severe installation misalignment.

 

We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
