Product Details

The coupling transmits rotary motion and torque between two shafts through an aluminum body with a flexible section. Its low mass helps limit rotational inertia, making it suitable for compact motor-driven equipment and positioning mechanisms.

 

Product Description

This coupling can be installed between a stepper or servo motor and components such as a ball screw, encoder or small transmission shaft. Its flexible construction can accommodate limited angular, parallel or axial displacement, but it should not be used to correct major alignment errors.

 

Both bore diameters, outside diameter, overall length, fastening method and permitted torque must be confirmed before ordering. The shafts should be inserted to the specified depth and aligned before the fixing screws are tightened evenly. Allowable speed and misalignment depend on the exact coupling size and structure.

 

We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
