Product Description
This coupling grips each shaft by tightening the clamping section around the bore. The distributed clamping force helps reduce shaft marking and provides a more secure connection than a single point set screw.
Before ordering, confirm both shaft diameters as well as the available outside diameter and installation length. The shafts should be inserted to the correct depth and aligned before the screws are tightened evenly. Any permitted angular, parallel or axial misalignment depends on the coupling's actual flexible structure and should not be assumed from the clamp connection alone.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.

A: Although the single diaphragm type has a short overall length, it is only suitable for occasions with narrow space due to the fact that eccentricity is not allowed in the structure, and special attention should be paid to centering during use.
2.Q: How to adjust diaphragm coupling when abnormal sound or vibration occurs in use?
A: When using servo motors, the frequency of the mechanical resonance suppression filter is set as its natural vibration frequency in the control system to suppress sound and vibration. When using stepper motors, vibration can be absorbed and suppressed by fine-tuning the speed used or by a high damping rubber coupling with significant attenuation effect.
