SK Series Vertical Bracket
A vertical support bracket that clamps a linear shaft in place and keeps it parallel and stable during motion — the SK series specifically covers the vertical-mount configuration, as opposed to a horizontal bracket.
Description
Shaft support brackets come in horizontal and vertical mounting styles depending on how the shaft sits relative to the frame; SK series is the vertical type, machined from aluminum alloy (with stainless steel as an option) for a lighter bracket that still resists corrosion. Precision tolerance runs ±0.001mm to ±0.005mm, tight enough that the bracket itself won't be the source of shaft misalignment.
Beyond standard CNC milling and turning, we handle laser cutting, wire cutting, EDM, bending, spinning, stamping, and sheet metal fabrication, with surface finishing options spanning anodizing, nickel/zinc/chrome plating, powder coating, and several others - so the bracket's finish and dimensions can be matched to the equipment rather than the equipment adapting to a fixed stock bracket. We ship to over 50 countries.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM - custom dimensions, hole spacing, shaft length, material, and branded packaging are all available, with a free sample offered for quality testing before you commit to an order.
