Product Details

The support is made from aluminium alloy and finished by sandblasting and oxidation. Its contoured upper surface supports the matching round shaft, while the flat base allows the assembly to be secured to a machine frame.

 

Product Description

This profile is used beneath a linear shaft to reduce unsupported span and limit shaft deflection. It is suitable for supported round-rail assemblies used in automation equipment, cutting machines and other linear-motion systems.

 

The aluminium construction keeps the assembly relatively light, while the oxidized surface improves hardness and provides basic protection against handling wear. This component supports the shaft only; the matching shaft, bearing block and mounting hardware must be selected separately according to the required rail size.

 

We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
