Product Details
KR30 is a stud-mounted cam follower consisting of a thick outer ring, axial retaining washers, a needle roller and cage assembly, and a threaded mounting stud. The roller has a 30 mm outside diameter and the stud seating diameter is 12 mm.
KR30 and KR30PP should not be treated as identical versions. The PP suffix identifies a sealed configuration, while the exact sealing and lubrication arrangement of the basic KR30 must be confirmed separately.
Product Description
The outer ring rolls directly against a cam, guideway or conveyor track while the internal needle rollers reduce friction around the fixed stud. The threaded stud provides a compact mounting method without requiring a separate axle.
This bearing is suitable for cam drives, conveying equipment, indexing mechanisms and industrial guide systems. The mounting hole must support the stud correctly, and the fixing nut must be tightened without tilting the roller. Track hardness, alignment, lubrication and radial load all affect service life.
