Product Details
There is no separate mounting shaft with this bearing. The inner race and threaded stud are one part, so the KRV can be fitted directly to the machine frame. Its outer ring is thick enough to run against a cam or guide track.
The inside is filled with needle rollers and does not use a cage. More rollers fit into the same space, giving the KRV series its higher radial load capacity.

Product Description
A KRV is usually found on conveyors, cam-operated equipment and indexing machines. It suits mechanisms that move under a substantial load but do not require the higher operating speed of a caged KR roller.
The stud shoulder must sit flat against its mounting face. If the roller is installed too far away from that face, the stud carries extra bending force. Track alignment matters too. A tilted roller will load one edge of the outer ring instead of using the full running surface.
Model suffixes need attention when ordering. PP identifies a sealed version on applicable sizes. Check the complete bearing number rather than selecting the product by roller diameter alone.
