Product Details
The threaded stud serves as the mounting shaft and bearing inner race, giving the unit a compact structure that can be installed without a separate bolt. Needle rollers support the thick-walled outer ring and provide a high radial load capacity within a relatively small cross-section.
Product Description
This cam follower is designed for repeated rolling contact in cam drives, conveying equipment and linear tracking mechanisms. The outer ring carries the contact load from the track, while the threaded stud provides a secure connection to the machine frame or moving linkage.
The mounting surface should be rigid, and the stud must be tightened without distorting the bearing. Roller diameter, stud thread, outer-ring profile, sealing arrangement and relubrication method should be selected according to the actual model and operating environment. Slight axial forces caused by minor skew may be tolerated, but the bearing is primarily intended for radial loading.
