Product Details

This solid linear shaft is manufactured from carbon steel and finished to provide the smooth running surface required by linear bearings. Available lengths range from 100 mm to 2950 mm, with the final diameter and length selected for the machine layout.

 

The shaft provides rigid support for linear bearings and helps maintain steady travel during repeated motion. It can be used in automation equipment, CNC machinery, measuring devices, and other guided assemblies.

A linear shaft must match its bearing closely. Diameter tolerance, straightness, surface finish, hardness, and end machining can all affect running clearance and service life. These specifications should therefore be confirmed according to the bearing type and working load.
