TBR16 Low Profile Supported Rail
TBR16 is a 16 mm round shaft fixed along an aluminium support rail. Its lower mounting height makes it useful where an SBR rail would sit too high.

Product Details
The steel shaft is supported along its full length instead of only at the ends. This limits shaft bending and gives the bearing block a more stable running surface, particularly on longer travel sections.
TBR16 rails work with TBR16 series open linear bearing blocks. Standard and extended blocks are available, but the rail and block should be ordered separately unless the quotation clearly states that both are included.
Product Description
The rail can be mounted from the top or underside to suit the machine layout. It is commonly fitted to CNC routers, cutting equipment, positioning tables and other machines built around round-shaft linear motion.
Specify the required rail length, mounting-hole arrangement and number of blocks when ordering. TBR16 identifies a 16 mm shaft system; it should not be mixed with TBR20, TBR25 or TBR30 components.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
