TBR Open Round Rail Carriage

Product Details

The TBR carriage contains a recirculating linear ball bearing inside a mounting block. Its open lower section provides clearance for the aluminum support beneath a TBR round rail, allowing the carriage to use the full supported length of the shaft.

 

Available models include TBR16UU, TBR20UU, TBR25UU, and TBR30UU for nominal shaft diameters of 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, and 30 mm respectively.

 

Product Description

TBR carriages are used in CNC equipment, packaging machinery, handling systems, textile equipment, and other machines that require guided movement along a supported round shaft. The supported-rail arrangement offers greater resistance to shaft deflection than an unsupported round shaft of comparable diameter.

 

The carriage must match the TBR rail size and mounting geometry. Shaft diameter, carriage dimensions, mounting-hole spacing, load direction, alignment, travel speed, and lubrication should be checked before installation. This page covers the TBR carriage; a complete rail assembly should only be assumed when it is specifically included in the quotation.
