Long rail supply starts with the finished length

Guangyuan's SBR catalogue separates standard cut lengths from the maximum length available for each model. This distinction matters for a long machine axis: a listed standard length is not the limit of what can be supplied.

For example, SBR20 appears in the standard-length chart at 340, 640, 940 and 1,240 mm, but its listed maximum is 6,000 mm. The smaller SBR10, SBR12 and SBR13 models have a maximum length of 5,000 mm. Buyers can therefore specify a finished rail length beyond the short catalogue options without treating those options as sections that must be joined together.

The range contains ten rail sizes. The model references below identify the supported rails; UU and LUU bearing-block designations belong to the carriage selection.

Maximum rail length does not equal usable stroke. The carriage occupies part of the rail, and the machine layout must also allow for end stops and any reserved end clearance.

Cutting, mounting holes and shaft ends

Guangyuan offers length cutting, specified mounting-hole spacing and shaft-end machining to customer drawings. These are separate requirements: shortening a rail establishes its overall length, while the hole pattern determines how it attaches to the bed. A machined shaft end adds another set of dimensions that cannot be defined by rail length alone.

For drawing-based SBR Supported Linear Guide Rails, identify the datum end, finished length, first-hole offset and any required shaft-end features. The catalogue pitch in the table provides a reference for the standard arrangement; a different pattern needs to be stated on the drawing for production review.

Carbon steel and bearing steel are available as shaft material options. The description applies to the running shaft, not automatically to the support base or carriage housing. Where a particular steel grade or material report is required, include that requirement before the order is confirmed.

Along a long axis, the support beneath the shaft transfers load into the mounting bed through repeated fixing positions. It reduces the unsupported span associated with an end-mounted shaft arrangement, but it does not make the assembly immune to deflection. Bed rigidity, rail alignment and carriage loading still affect operation. The rail dimensions alone are therefore insufficient to assign a complete machine payload or positioning accuracy.

Guangyuan provides OEM/ODM production from drawings or samples and inspection before shipment. For SBR Supported Linear Guide Rails, the minimum order quantity is 10 rails. Rail quantities and matching bearing-block quantities should be stated separately.
