SBR Long Travel Rail
Mounting a shaft slightly off the base surface, on a rail that supports it continuously along its length, keeps the shaft from sagging under moderate to heavy loads over spans where an unsupported shaft would bend. That continuous support is what lets this rail run to lengths a simple end-mounted shaft setup couldn't handle.

Technical Description
Rail length and mounting hole spacing are cut to order rather than fixed, and end machining can follow customer drawings when a specific shaft-end configuration is needed. Nine sizes are available: SBR10UU, SBR13UU, SBR16UU, SBR20UU, SBR25UU, SBR30UU, SBR35UU, SBR40UU, SBR50UU, made from carbon steel or bearing steel.
This type of rolling linear guide is used in electronics, laser equipment, engraving machinery, and cutting equipment, where corrosion resistance, rust resistance, and low operating noise matter alongside precision. Every unit goes through inspection before shipment to catch defects before they leave the factory. We build to customer drawings or samples under OEM/ODM, and standard sizes ship with plastic-bag or wooden-case packaging depending on order size.
