DFU Linear Module Assembly
A ball screw assembly — lead screw, nut, and circulating ball bearings — built as a complete linear module rather than sold as loose screw-and-nut components, for CNC tools, industrial robots, and precision instrumentation.

Core Components
The lead screw is a hardened, helically-grooved shaft; the nut carries a matching internal raceway to hold the balls; steel balls circulate between the two raceways; a circulator/reverser keeps that circulation running in a closed loop rather than letting balls fall out one end; and a sealing assembly keeps dust out while holding lubrication in place. Five parts, one job: turn the screw's rotation into the nut's straight-line travel.
How It Works
Rotating the lead screw makes the balls roll along both raceways, converting rotary input into linear output (or the reverse, depending on which side is driven). That's rolling contact instead of sliding contact, and it's why transmission efficiency runs above 90% here versus the 30-50% typical of a plain trapezoidal lead screw - less torque lost to friction means a smaller motor can do the same job, and less heat buildup over long duty cycles.
We build to customer drawings or samples under OEM/ODM. Packaging is neutral boxes or wooden crates depending on order size.
