Product Details
The SA series combines an eye-shaped carbon-steel housing with a spherical plain bearing joint and an external male thread. The spherical sliding surface allows the connected parts to pivot while accommodating limited angular misalignment.
SA identifies the male-thread configuration. Thread direction, bore diameter, thread size, sliding contact material, sealing, and lubrication arrangement depend on the complete model designation and must be confirmed before ordering.
Product Description
This rod end is intended mainly for low-speed oscillating and angular movement in hydraulic cylinders, control linkages, forming machinery, automation equipment, and other articulated mechanical assemblies.
Rod ends primarily carry radial loads. Their permitted axial or combined load depends on the exact bearing construction and installation direction, so the product should not be described simply as suitable for every high-load application. Bore size, thread specification, load direction, articulation angle, and maintenance requirements must match the application.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
