Product Details

KR and KRV cam followers combine a thick-section outer ring, internal needle rollers, and an integral threaded stud. The stud provides a compact mounting point, while the outer ring runs directly against a cam profile or guide surface.

KR versions use a needle-roller cage to maintain roller spacing and are generally preferred where running speed is important. KRV versions use a full complement of needle rollers, providing more rolling elements for applications that place greater emphasis on radial load capacity.

These cam followers are used in conveyors, indexing mechanisms, packaging equipment, automated machinery, and other systems where a component must follow a defined track.

KR and KRV versions should not be treated as interchangeable without checking the application. Stud diameter, outer-ring diameter, width, load, operating speed, track hardness, lubrication method, sealing arrangement, and mounting clearance must match the selected model. Installation misalignment or an uneven track surface can shorten bearing life.
