KR19 Stud Type Cam Follower
KR19 combines a 19 mm track roller with an M8 × 1.25 threaded stud. Instead of fitting the bearing onto a separate shaft, the stud becomes the mounting point for a cam mechanism, guide track or indexing device.
Description
Product Details
The KR19 has a thick outer ring designed to roll directly against a track. Its working surface may be cylindrical or crowned, depending on the contact pattern required by the application. A crowned surface is more tolerant of minor angular error, while a cylindrical surface provides a wider contact area when alignment is controlled.
The bearing is mounted through its male threaded stud and secured from the opposite side. For the KR19 size, the stud diameter is 8 mm and the thread is M8 × 1.25. The roller width is 11 mm.
The page also lists KRV19 beside KR19 because the two versions share their principal installation dimensions. They are not automatically the same internal design: KR and KRV designations should remain separate when confirming the required roller arrangement.
Product Description
KR19 is intended to carry radial load while following a cam profile or straight track. The thick outer ring is better suited to direct rolling contact than the thin outer ring of an ordinary radial bearing.
According to the supplied catalog, the KR19 size has a basic dynamic load rating of 300 kgf and a basic static load rating of 210 kgf. Its listed speed limit is 20,000 rpm and its catalog weight is 28 g.
Actual performance depends on track hardness, surface finish, stud support and load direction. The mounting surface should support the stud shoulder firmly. Applying load to a loosely supported or tilted stud can increase edge stress at the roller and mounting thread.

FAQ
Are KR19 and KRV19 the same bearing?
No. Their principal mounting dimensions are listed together, but the KR and KRV designations refer to different internal roller arrangements. The required suffix should be confirmed before ordering.
Can the roller surface be crowned?
The catalog notes that the outer surface may be cylindrical or spherical crowned, depending on the design.
What thread is used on the KR19 stud?
The listed stud thread is M8 × 1.25.
Can this bearing carry axial load?
KR19 is primarily intended for radial track load. The machine should not rely on it as a dedicated thrust bearing.
Can special versions be manufactured?
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
