BC15Z Ball Screw Drive Seat
The BC15Z combines a motor mounting flange and a BK15 fixed end support in one housing, keeping the motor and ball screw on a common connection axis.

Product Details
The housing is machined from 6063 T6 aluminum alloy. Inside, a 6002ZC or 7002AC bearing arrangement supports the machined end of the ball screw. An S45C steel lock nut, retaining plate and washer secure the assembly, while a rubber sealing ring helps limit contamination around the bearing position.
Two configurations are listed. BC15ZC AC 80 uses the drawing references D70 and D1 90. BC15ZC AC 86 uses D73 and D2 69.6. Both correspond to a BK15 fixed end arrangement and use four M6 motor mounting holes.
Product Description
Unlike a separate motor bracket, this seat performs two related functions within the drive assembly. Its front flange provides the motor mounting surface, while the internal bearing position locates and supports the ball screw's fixed end.
Before ordering, compare the motor flange, pilot diameter, mounting-hole positions and machined screw-end dimensions with the product drawing. The 80 and 86 versions are not interchangeable solely on the basis of the ball screw diameter.

Please provide the motor model, motor flange dimensions, pilot diameter, mounting-hole positions and the drawing of the machined ball screw end.
Are the AC 80 and AC 86 versions interchangeable?
No. Their motor-side dimensions differ, so the selection must follow the motor flange and the product drawing.
Can the seat be produced to a customer drawing?
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
