DB DS Motor Mount Brackets

Product Details

The product range covers two mounting groups. DB models follow common stepper-motor frame sizes, including 42, 57 and 86 mm formats. DS models are intended for servo-motor frame sizes such as 40, 60 and 80 mm. Larger 110 and 130 mm brackets are included in both groups.

 

Each bracket has a motor-facing plate, a front support plate and two connecting side walls. The motor shaft passes through the rear opening, while the front opening provides the position required for the screw-side support and coupling arrangement.

 

These brackets are supplied as dimensional mounting components. The motor flange, pilot diameter, screw-support layout and coupling clearance must all match the selected bracket before assembly.

 

Product Description

A motor bracket does not correct an incorrect combination of motor, coupling and ball screw support. The shaft centerlines still need to coincide after the components are tightened. If the motor pilot or front support is forced into position, the coupling may operate under continuous angular or radial displacement.

 

DB42 through DB130 and DS40 through DS130 are listed in the supplied drawing. Their overall width and length follow the nominal bracket frame, while the height ranges from 60 to 130 mm.

 

The original page states H7 and 0.01 mm manufacturing requirements without providing corresponding inspection data in the specification drawing. These values should not be presented as guaranteed specifications unless they are included in the confirmed production drawing.

Which bracket series is used for a stepper motor?

DB models correspond to common stepper-motor frame sizes. The motor flange and hole pattern must still be checked against the drawing.

Is the coupling included with the bracket?

No. The bracket provides mounting space for the connection. The coupling, motor and ball screw support are selected separately unless quoted as an assembly.

No. The front mounting pattern, center height and bearing-support dimensions must match the bracket.

Can the bracket be manufactured to a different motor drawing?

We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
