Product Details
The DB and DS series brackets provide a fixed mounting interface between a motor and the surrounding machine structure. Available models include DB42, DB57, DB86, DB110, DB130, DS40, DS60, DS80, DS110, and DS130.
The bracket supports the motor body while positioning its shaft relative to a coupling, ball screw, or other driven component. The correct model must be chosen according to the motor frame and mounting-hole arrangement.
Product Description
A properly matched adapter helps prevent unwanted motor movement and keeps the connected shafts aligned during operation. It can be used in CNC equipment, 3D printers, industrial robots, automated conveyors, positioning stages, and other motor-driven systems.
Before ordering, confirm the motor model, flange dimensions, pilot diameter, bolt-hole spacing, shaft center height, coupling clearance, and required mounting orientation. C5 and C7 are ball screw accuracy grades, not motor-bracket precision grades, so they should not be used to describe this product.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
