GZS90K Manual Linear Stage

Turning the handwheel moves the platform along a precision guide rail, with a micro-adjustment mechanism fine-tuning the final position - the whole assembly is built around a high-rigidity body so that turning the wheel translates into predictable, repeatable motion rather than flex or backlash eating into the adjustment. Repeatability runs up to ±1μm, which is the kind of precision that matters for optical alignment, small-part positioning, and other tasks where a motorized stage would be overkill and a plain sliding platform wouldn't hold position well enough.

 

Modern manual stages in this class typically use cross-roller guides, wear-resistant coatings, and anti-loosening screw designs, all aimed at the same goal: keep the motion smooth today and keep the precision from drifting after months of use. Stroke length runs from 100mm up to 800mm depending on the configuration selected.
