Product Details

The slide uses a ball screw to convert motor rotation into linear travel, while the integrated guide supports and directs the moving carriage. Combining these parts in one module reduces the alignment and assembly work required when building an automated axis.

 

Product Description

This single-axis slide is intended for positioning, transferring, dispensing, inspection and other repetitive linear-motion tasks. Its compact construction is useful where installation space is limited, and several units can be arranged to build an XY or XYZ motion system.

 

Stroke, load, speed, mounting direction and motor requirements should be confirmed before selection. The motor, coupling, limit sensors and controller must also match the chosen module configuration.

 

We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.

1. Q:Can you give warranty of your products?

A:All products are inspected for quality before shipment.

We provide 1-year warranty for each product.

The shipment report will be attached to the product shipment.

2. Q:How about the delivery time?

A: Most of the products are in stock, small orders and samples can be shipped within 3-5 working-days. For large orders, please confirm the delivery date with the customers service.

3.Q: What's your packing?

A: Our Normal packing is bulking in PE bag, and then into plywood Cartons. We also can pack products according to your requirement.

4.What's the MOQ? May I get samples, first?

A: For "ready to ship", sample is available. So the MOQ is 1 piece /1 set. For customization, we need to discuss more details. The final quotation is according to receiving full description of the products you want, size, material, quantity and so on.
