Product Description

The EGHP175F is a belt driven linear motion module developed for automated systems that require long travel, fast movement, and consistent repeat positioning. Its toothed timing belt and pulley transmit motor rotation to the moving carriage, providing a practical solution for applications where speed and travel length are more important than the higher thrust associated with a ball screw drive.

 

The module offers repeat positioning accuracy of 0.02 mm and supports a maximum horizontal load of 10 kg. It can be used as a single linear axis or combined with additional modules to create multi axis positioning and handling systems.

 

Typical applications include material transfer, automated assembly, inspection equipment, production lines, and other machinery requiring controlled reciprocating linear motion.
