GZS90K Separate Coupling Linear Axis
The GZS90K is a single-axis positioning unit with a ball screw drive, linear guide and separately accessible motor coupling.

Product Details
The motor is installed at one end of the GZS90K and transfers rotation to the ball screw through a separate shaft coupling. The screw moves the carriage along the linear guide, producing a straight working stroke while the guide carries and controls the moving platform.
Because the coupling is positioned between the motor and screw shaft, it can be accessed without dismantling the complete actuator body. Stepper and servo motors may be used, but the motor flange, shaft diameter and coupling bore must be matched before assembly.

Available working strokes run from 100 mm to 800 mm. Stroke refers only to carriage movement and should not be confused with the actuator's full installation length.
The GZS90K can operate as an individual positioning axis or form part of an XY or XYZ arrangement. Suitable uses include parts transfer, inspection fixtures, dispensing equipment and automated assembly stations.
For vertical installation, the payload and motor holding capacity require separate calculation. The carriage may move under gravity if motor torque is removed, so a brake or another holding method may be necessary.

Is the motor included with the actuator?
The motor configuration must be confirmed with the order. Please provide the required motor type, flange dimensions, shaft diameter and electrical specifications.
Does the listed stroke equal the total length?
No. The stroke is the available carriage movement. Additional space is required for the actuator body, motor and coupling.
Can the GZS90K be mounted vertically?
Yes, but the vertical payload, motor holding torque and required safety mechanism must be confirmed before selection.
Can the stroke or motor interface be customized?
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
