The LMK series combines a recirculating ball bushing with a compact square flange. Its four-hole flange allows the bearing to be mounted directly to a machine plate or housing without requiring a separate bearing block.

 

The bearing must be selected according to the nominal shaft diameter and used with a matching round linear shaft. Before ordering, confirm the flange dimensions, mounting-hole positions, overall length and sealing configuration required for the assembly.

 

Product Description

During operation, the internal balls circulate between the bearing and shaft to provide low-friction linear movement. The shortened body reduces the axial space required while retaining the convenient mounting arrangement of a square-flange bearing.

 

This design is suitable for compact automation equipment, measuring devices, printers, packaging machinery and other light to moderate-load linear motion systems. Proper shaft alignment and lubrication are necessary for stable movement and normal bearing life. It is not intended to compensate for significant mounting misalignment or heavy impact loads.
