LMF Round Flange Linear Bearing
LMF bearings combine a linear ball bushing and a round mounting flange in one unit. They run on matching round shafts and are available for shaft diameters from 6 mm to 60 mm.

Product Details
The round flange allows the bearing to be bolted directly to a mounting surface, so a separate bearing housing is normally unnecessary. Inside the bearing, rows of steel balls circulate as the shaft moves, reducing sliding resistance.
The model number indicates the matching shaft diameter. For example, LMF08UU is used with an 8 mm shaft, while LMF20UU fits a 20 mm shaft. The UU suffix identifies a bearing fitted with seals at both ends.
Product Description
LMF bearings are commonly used where a round shaft needs steady, repeated linear travel. Typical installations include small automation units, packaging equipment, printers, measuring equipment and material-handling mechanisms.
The shaft and bearing must be ordered in the same nominal size. A hardened linear shaft with a suitable surface finish should be used, as an ordinary soft shaft can wear quickly and damage the ball tracks. These bearings are intended for linear movement and should not be exposed to heavy shock loads.
