Product Details

The LM25UU has a 25 mm bore, 40 mm outside diameter and 59 mm overall length. The LM designation identifies the standard closed cylindrical series, while the UU suffix indicates sealing at both ends.

 

Recirculating steel balls run between the bearing and a matching hardened linear shaft. The bearing must be installed in a correctly sized housing and should not be clamped in a way that distorts its outer cylinder.

 

Product Description

As the LM25UU moves along the shaft, six internal ball circuits continuously return the rolling elements through the bearing. This produces lower friction than a plain sliding bushing and supports repeated linear movement.

 

The bearing is suitable for packaging machinery, printing equipment, measuring devices and general automation systems. A straight, properly aligned 25 mm shaft with suitable surface hardness and finish is required. The seals help retain lubricant and reduce contamination but do not make the bearing suitable for unrestricted exposure to water or abrasive particles.
