Product Description
POSA rod ends are used in control linkages, industrial machinery, automation equipment and other mechanisms involving slow oscillating, tilting or rotating movement. They can accommodate limited angular displacement, but they should not be used to correct substantial installation misalignment.

1 Is the POSA series male threaded or female threaded
POSA is a male-thread rod-end series. The mounting shank has an external thread.
2 Is this a maintenance free rod end
The product shown has a grease fitting and should be relubricated according to its operating conditions. It should not be described as permanently maintenance-free.
3 Does the POSA model number identify the bore size
The number generally corresponds to the nominal bore size, but the complete model and dimensional drawing should still be checked before ordering.
4 Can left hand and right hand threads be supplied
Thread direction must be stated with the order. It should not be assumed from the abbreviated POSA designation.
5 Can a nonstandard version be produced
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
