Product Details
The product shown on this page is an MGW12H wide-type miniature linear guide. Recirculating balls run between the carriage and profiled rail to provide constrained linear movement within a compact installation.
The MGW wide-rail layout increases the distance between the internal ball tracks, helping the guide resist applied moments. The H suffix identifies the longer carriage version within this series.
Product Description
MGW12H guides are used in semiconductor equipment, medical devices, measuring instruments, compact automation systems, and other machinery where installation space is limited but stable carriage guidance is required.
Rail length, number of carriages, mounting-hole pitch, preload, accuracy grade, end seals, and lubrication arrangement must be specified before ordering. The product image shows two carriages, but this should not be taken as the standard order quantity unless two blocks are listed in the quotation.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
