Product Details
The EGH series uses a low-profile carriage and recirculating ball structure to produce smooth linear movement along a matched guide rail. Its four-direction load design allows the assembly to carry forces from different mounting orientations.
Available block models include EGH15SA, EGH15CA, EGH20SA, EGH20CA, EGH25SA, EGH25CA, EGH30SA, and EGH30CA. The carriage size and suffix must be selected to match the required rail, mounting space, and load conditions.
Product Description
Made from GCr15 bearing steel, the guide assembly is intended for repeated motion where rigidity and positioning consistency matter. Its reduced block height suits CNC equipment, machine tools, automation systems, measuring devices, and other machinery with restricted vertical space.
The rail and carriage should be ordered as a compatible set. Rail length, block quantity, preload, accuracy grade, and mounting-hole arrangement must be confirmed before production because these details affect installation and running performance.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
