Product Details
The HGH series combines a square-profile carriage with a matched hardened bearing-steel rail. Recirculating balls move through the carriage as it travels, reducing sliding friction while controlling movement along the rail.
Its internal ball-track arrangement is designed to carry loads from four principal directions. The square block mounts from above and is suited to installations that do not require a flange-style carriage.
Product Description
HGH guideways are used in machining centres, CNC equipment, grinders, cutting machines, injection machinery, automation systems, and other equipment requiring rigid guided motion.
The carriage and rail must belong to the same size series. Rail length, carriage quantity, block length, preload, accuracy grade, mounting-hole pitch, lubrication, and sealing configuration must be defined before ordering. Interchangeability should only be assumed between parts manufactured to the same series, size, and accuracy specification.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
