Mini Type Linear Guide Slide Rail
A small profiled rail and carriage designed for compact linear-motion assemblies. The carriage runs on recirculating balls and can be mounted directly beneath a moving plate.

Product Details
The rail provides the running tracks, while the carriage contains the ball circuits and mounting threads. Both parts must belong to the same series and size. A carriage from another miniature-guide family may look similar but will not necessarily fit the rail.
Stainless steel and bearing-steel versions are available. Material, rail width, carriage type and rail length should be confirmed from the product drawing before an order is placed.
Product Description
This guide is intended for equipment with limited installation space, such as small positioning mechanisms, printers, laboratory equipment and compact automation units.
The mounting surface must be flat and clean. Tightening the rail onto an uneven base can distort it and make the carriage run unevenly. The carriage should also remain on its rail or on a transfer rail during handling so the internal balls are not displaced.
Rails and carriages may be supplied separately or as a matched set. The required quantity must be stated in the order.
