EGH Low Profile Linear Guide
A low-profile recirculating-ball guide system available with EGH15 through EGH30 blocks for compact industrial linear motion assemblies.

Product Details
The EGH series uses a compact square carriage running on a matching EGR profiled rail. Internal steel balls circulate between the block and rail raceways, providing guided movement with rolling contact.
Available nominal sizes are 15, 20, 25 and 30, with SA and CA block configurations. Each block must be matched with an EGR rail of the same size. Accuracy class, preload, rail length and mounting dimensions must be specified when ordering.
Product Description
As the EGH block travels along the rail, the balls continuously recirculate through internal return paths. The low assembly height makes this series suitable for machinery where vertical installation space is limited.
Applications include automation equipment, compact machine tools, measuring systems and industrial positioning mechanisms. Mounting surfaces must be flat and aligned, and the raceways require appropriate lubrication. EGH blocks are not interchangeable with miniature MGN or MGW rails simply because both products have compact dimensions.
We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.

A:Bearing steel.
2. Q:Is the guide rail easy to rust?
A:It is not easy to rust, we have greased the surface.
3. Q:What should i do if the slider encounters a freeze?
A:During transportation,the steel ball in the slider will shift.But it can be smooth by tapping around.
4.Q: What's your lead time?
A:Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard product, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
