Product Description

The HGW20 is a flange type linear guide block designed to run on a matching HGR20 profile rail. Recirculating balls travel through the block as it moves, providing low-friction linear guidance and supporting loads from multiple directions.

 

Its flange body provides a wider mounting surface than a square HGH block and allows the moving component to be fastened through the flange mounting holes. Proper rail alignment, mounting surface preparation, lubrication, and contamination protection are required for stable operation.

 

HGW20 is not a complete ordering code. The full suffix, such as HGW20CC or HGW20HC, must be confirmed because it identifies the block length and load configuration. The guide rail should not be assumed to be included unless the order specifically states that a rail and block set is supplied.
