The HGH15CA is a square-type carriage from the HG series. It runs on a compatible HGR15 rail and uses recirculating steel balls between the block and the profiled raceways to support guided linear movement.

Product Description

Internal ball circuits allow the HGH15CA carriage to travel repeatedly along its matched rail with rolling contact. The high-assembly square body is intended for top mounting and provides a compact connection point for machine tables, fixtures and moving components.

 

Typical uses include CNC equipment, automation systems, measuring machinery and packaging equipment. Installation surfaces must be clean, flat and correctly aligned. Mixing rails and blocks from different series or tolerance groups may affect fit and running accuracy.

 

We build to customer drawings under OEM/ODM, and accept orders as small as a single piece for standard sizes.
